In Sep 2019, our team conducted a three-day machine running test in Tibet mountain. At this altitude of 15,000 ft mountain, our 5L oxygen concentrator still maintains 93% oxygen purity. After sales service
We offer a three-year warranty to our global distributors and customers.
1- If the oxygen concentrator fails to be repaired, please contact our service center.
2- Maintenance service work can only be performed by technical engineers authorized by our company.
3- In order to ensure the long-term use of this oxygen concentrator, users are requested to strictly follow the guidelines for safety, cleaning and maintenance of the oxygen concentrator, and to use and maintain the operation methods that are beneficial to the normal operation of the oxygen concentrator
Before servicing, disconnect the power.
1. Do not open the oxygen concentrator shell. There are no user-maintainable parts inside
the oxygen concentrator.
2. The internal repair and maintenance of the oxygen concentrator can only be performed
by an agency authorized by AngelBiss. Do not attempt to repair the oxygen concentrator yourself.
